Our Process

How the Magic Happens

We begin by creating original bases from the freshest ingredients. Whether we’re serving up a Sinfully Scotch coffee cocktail or our classic Vanilla Bean ice cream, our ingredients are always fresh, with no added freezing agents or preservatives.

Once we’ve crafted the base from scratch, we pour the base into one of our proprietary liquid nitrogen machines. From there, the machine freezes the base at -321 degrees Fahrenheit, leaving nothing but the smoothest frozen creation possible. Certain flavors also include a mixing, such as butter pecans, red velvet cupcakes, and mint chocolate, which are added into the bowl and blended into the ice cream – adding wonderful flavor and texture. When the liquid nitrogen has safely misted away, a member of the Frost 321 serves up the specialty treat for guests to enjoy.
